Helpful personnel, casual atmosphere. Our queen room had a personal safe, a lounge and a study table. It was adjacent to Playa de la Concha - Kontxa hondartza.

Everything was modern, including amenities and staff. Hotel was very clean. Take a look at Antiguo district, it's worth it. Plenty of food available in bar. Besides, the parking was nearby. We loved Palacio De Aiete from the moment we entered.

within walking distance to antiguo and other tourist spots. free wi-fi was working perfectly. great choice for holiday. antiguo is a district that deserves exploring.
