Helpful personnel, casual atmosphere. Our queen room had a personal safe, a lounge and a study table. It was adjacent to Playa de la Concha - Kontxa hondartza.

Everything was modern, including amenities and staff. Hotel was very clean. Take a look at Antiguo district, it's worth it. Plenty of food available in bar. Besides, the parking was nearby. We loved Palacio De Aiete from the moment we entered.
